Here is my simple, yet I think cute, card. 

I used "HOOLA HOOP PENGUIN"

 cardstock is STAMPIN' UP, Printed papers are BASIC GREY (the back one) and PROVOCRAFT...both are older...I love when I can use of my scraps! The ring beads are from MICHAEL'S and the sparkle floss I can't remember. The sentiment is computer generated.The image is colored with PRISMACOLOR pencils and blending pencil.

I hope you like him. Doesn't he look like he is having fun?
