Blogger issues...anyone else???

For about 2 weeks now, if I add anything new, I can't move them to where I want them, or move other stuff. (sidebar)  

Has anyone else had this issue? If so how to fix it?

I have had issues as well, but they seemed to have gone away now! I just winged it LOL! Hope you are well!
