Stampin' Up...Card stock (Bashful Blue & retired Mauve Mist), label punch, circle punch, circle congratulations stamp(on foam tape & outlined with liquid pearls), small frame stamp (outlined with liquid pearls),
"baby" stamp, markers, and black ink
Delicious Doodles...Digital image of Dragon and baby
Paper Pizazz(Hot Off The Press)...printed paper "purple sponged" (old but sooo pretty & outlined with liquid pearls)
Ranger...liquid pearls
Scotch 3M...foam tape
Darice... square clear, circle blue and flower blue gems
Zva Creative...pearls and tiny blue gem swirls
Creative Memories... Circle cutters
Misc.--Paper doily

Very cute baby card! The image is great for a baby's card and the doily makes it look soft and gentle. Great little stamp for those 3 circle embellishments, too.
