E. A. Poe's Masque of the Red Death

Hello,

I recently watched
"The Masque of the Red Death"
starring Vincent Price,
not exactly what I expected.
I thought it was good, good and creepy, but more weird than creepy!

Anyway, continuing on with my collection Of Poe inspired fat pages (4 x 4) here is
The Masque of The Red Death.

The background is the Ballroom Digi by SASSY STUDIO DESIGN, Death is a Dig from SMEARED INK's "Death Cab" collection, the sentiment, and the masked figure are rubber stamps from SMEARED INK'S "As Death" All are colored with PRISMACOLOR pencils, including metallic gold and silver --windows, chandaliers, hair and fringe of the masked figure. I used starlight stickles by RANGER on the chandaliers, and the word "death" and the masked figure  are raised on pop dots.

I always thought some of Poe's stuff was more weird than creepy.

Another great page to add to your Poe fat book...Susan...it'll be a masterpiece when completed. You really should read the story... the film with VP was very loosely based on it... the story is much better!
Thanks for joining us at QUOTH THE RAVEN .
