Welcome to Day 23 of the 31 DAYS OF HALLOWEEN, as well as day 23 of the COUNTDOWN TO HALLOWEEN, and Day 23 of THE REAL WITCHES OF HALLOWEEN.

Today's Halloween funny:

just a quick ATC for today, I have lots to do, and not a lot of time.

 Chipboard, cover with plain MOD PODGE, then a fancy napkin piece placed down, then the witchy-witch digi by SUNSHINE n GIGGLES, colored with BIC Mark Its!, Covered with 2 coats of Glitter Mod Podge (that's why the second image), I then made a hole and eyelet using my CROP-O-DILE, and added Metallic fibers I got in MICHAEL's, and some green German Scrap I got at COLLAGE STUFF. I finished it off with Silver and White DEW DROPS.
