Oh yes, you can find such goodies at a garage sale! The "crap" sign is great!

I love a great garage sale, but you're right -- it's a pain to have one!

Hi susan! I am following your blog now through alphabet thursday. I do hope you feel better. I too adore yard sales and will miss them in the winter months. All the best. Alex@amoderatelife

OH we love garage sales!!!

These look amazing and FUN--the hunt is part of the game, right?

Last week, we got a big old trunk (pretty good shape!), a Berlitz French program (complete), some fabric, a magazine holder, a hand painted Indian looking container, and BEST OF ALL some awesome handmade pottery.

Spent $5.75. Isn't that CRAZY??!!

I absolutly love garage sales. You never know what you might run across. Somebodys crap might be my treasure. They are amazing. I have one each year and run across things I never knew I had.

I love garage sales. I live in a gated neighborhood....3000 houses here...so large. We have our own grocery store and cleaners...doctors office...bank....etc. But we also can only have garage sales twice a year and all on the same day. So, when that day comes....it is crazy fun and very crowded. If you don't get out early, everything good will be gone by noon. But....I gave my last one (so I say) a couple of years ago.

I loved this!

Yard sales are going full force here now...it's one of the busiest times of the year for them.

We are finally done with our middle Grands soccer and this Saturday morning we plan to get up early and go see what 'crap' and/or treasures we can find.

That sign made me laugh.

Thanks for a GGGGGRRRReat link to Alphabe-Thursday.

I really enjoyed my stop here today.

A+
